11. Y&R / B&B Crossovers
‘Rock On’ With Lauralee Bell & Michael Damian On ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’
Y&R characters appearing in B&B
B&B characters appearing in Y&R
Y&R → B&B
No new crossover appearance within the October 3, 2024–October 6, 2025 window could be reliably confirmed from the sources reviewed.
The notable adjacent crossover involved:
- Danny Romalotti — Michael Damian
- Christine Blair — Lauralee Bell
Both appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful on August 13–14, 2024, when Danny performed at a Forrester gathering. Those episodes predate Season 52 and therefore belong to the preceding Y&R season’s chronology. EW.com+1
B&B → Y&R
Sally Spectra — Courtney Hope continues as a regular Y&R character throughout Season 52. Originally introduced on B&B, she has been based in Genoa City since 2020.
Her appearances in Season 52 are therefore part of an ongoing character transfer, not a newly dated crossover event. Soap Opera Digest+1
Related CBS crossover: Beyond the Gates
Although outside the requested Y&R/B&B category, a notable crossover occurs in 2025 when Devon Winters (Bryton James) appears on Beyond the Gates, interacting with Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie). The appearance was publicized in late July 2025. Soap Opera Digest
12. Season 52 highlights
Season 52 combines several major milestones: the 13,000th episode, the wedding of Abby and Devon, the return of legacy characters, the conclusion of Jordan Howard’s revenge storyline, and the introduction of Billy Flynn as a reinvented Cane Ashby.
Its most consequential summer developments are the deaths of Cole Howard, Damian Kane and Chance Chancellor, which reshape the relationships and power struggles in Genoa City.
Research note: CBS’s September 2024 press release provides the authoritative premiere date. The season-finale boundary comes from TheTVDB rather than an independently verified CBS finale announcement. The cast inventory is extensive but not demonstrably exhaustive, particularly for one-episode guests and child performers. Some individual dates are approximate where a reliable broadcast-day confirmation was unavailable.
