June 27 : Grace arrives from London and goes to Hayvenhurst to be with the kids.

June 29 : Katherines gets temporary custody of Prince, Paris & Blanket in a Los Angeles court. She also files a claim on Michael’s estate, saying he died without a will.

July : Omer Bhatti arrives at Hayvenhurst to support the kids. 16 people live at Hayvenhurst : Katherine, Joe, Trent, Alejandra, Genevieve, Randy Jr, Donte, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Prince, Paris, Blanket, Rebbie, Anthony, Omer & Grace. The Cascio family visits the kids there.

July 01 : Michael’s will is filed today in Los Angeles Surrogate Court. It names Katherine as the legal guardian of Prince, Paris and  Blanket (or Diana Ross if Katherine is not able) and John BRANCA & John McCLAIN as co-Executors of the Will.

July 06 : The Jackson family has a private open coffin viewing of Michael’s body at Forest Lawn cemetary with Karen Faye and Michael Bush’ s help to make Michael look beautiful for eternity.

July 07 : The whole Jackson family and friends attend a private memorial early in the morning at Forest Lawn cemetary. Then they go to the public memorial at the Staples Center in downtown L.A. The tribute show is aired live all around the world. At the end, the Jackson family and all the artist perform “We Are The World” and “Heal The World” with Prince, Paris and Blanket. Paris ends the tribute with a moving speech calling Michael “the best daddy you could ever imagine” before breaking in Janet’s arms. Following the memorial at Staples, the family has a lunch reception at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel ballroom with a couple hundred of their nearest and dearest friends.

July 14 : Katherine, Rebbie & Grace take Prince, Paris, Blanket & Jermajesty to a Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in L.A.

July 30 : A custody deal is reached betwenn Katherine and Debbie regarding Prince and Paris. Under terms of the custody agreement, Katherine will retain guardianship over the children, as Michael ‘s 2002 will stipulated, lawyers for both parties confirmed. Debbie will have visitation rights whose frequency will be determined by a child psychologist to be jointly selected, and jointly paid, by both Katherine & her.The agreement, which will be presented to a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge on August 3rd for approval, does not include an additional compensation for Debbie other than what she has already received in prior settlements with Michael.“The parties engaged in a dignified discussion that resulted in a dignified outcome,” said Eric George, Rowe’s attorney. “The sole consideration between the parties was the best interests of the children.”L. Londell McMillan and Diane Goodman, attorneys for Jackson said the Jackson family was “pleased this matter is resolved and was handled in a caring, thoughtful and courteous manner.

August 2 : Prince and Blanket go to an L.A bookstore with aunt Alejandra, cousins Jaafar and Jermajesty and Omer Bhatti.

August 3 : Katherine goes to the Los Angeles Superior Court with Rebbie, LaToya and Randy where the judge names her permanent guardian of Prince, Paris & Blanket.The Judge also grants visitation rights for Debbie Rowe as well as spousal support based on the agreement she struck with Michael several years ago.

August 8 : News Of The World releases a video statement by Mark Lester claiming to be Paris’ biological father and asking for a DNA test. Later Mark Lester gives an interview on The Today Sgow with Matt Lauer with his daughter Harriett.

August 23 : Katherine takes Prince, Paris & Blanket to the Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

September 03 : Michael is finally buried in The Great Mausoleum at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, CA. The service is attended by approximately 200 family and close friends. The pallbearers are Michael’s five brothers : Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Randy Jackson. At the beginning of the ceremony, Prince, Paris & Blanket put a crown on their father’s coffin to signify the final resting place of the King of Pop. The opening prayer is delivered by Pastor Lucius Smith. Gladys Knight sings the gospel hymn “His Eye Is on the Sparrow,” accompanied by Greg Phillinganes. Songwriter Clifton Davis sings The Jackson 5 song “Never Can Say Goodbye,” Following the funerals the family and the guests go to Villa Sorriso Ristorante — an Italian restaurant in Pasadena.

September 19 : Taj Jackson takes Prince, Paris & Blanket to the George C. Page Museum at the Rancho La Brea Tar Pits for a private tour of the science museum.

September 28 : Prince, Paris and Blanket are snapped by paps in Los Angeles during an outing with Grace Rwaramba, Alejandra, TJ, Randy Jr, Jaafar and Jermajesty.

October 04 : Prince, Paris and Blanket celebrate their cousins Randy Jr, Jaafar and Jermajesty’ birthdays at Hayvenhurst.

October 07 : Grace and Omer Bhatti take Prince, Paris, Blanket, Jaafar and Jermajesty to a Karate class in L.A.

November 2 : Grace and Omer take the kids to karate class.

November 6 : Janet takes Prince, Paris, Blanket, Jaafar and Jermajesty to a shopping spree and later they go to Cirque Du Soleil in Santa Monica.

November 11 : Grace, Omer and Austin takes Prince, Paris and Blanket to a screening of a Christmas Carol.

November 12 : John Branca and John MacLain are officially approved as executors of the Michael Jackson Estate by the Judge.

November 24 : The whole family gathers at Hayvenhurst to have pre-Thanksgiving dinner with Prince, Paris & Blanket.

November 25-29 : Prince, Paris and Blanket go to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving week end with Grace, Omer, Randy Jr, Donte, Jaafar and  Jermajesty. They stay at the Palms and gets to spend tome with Joe.

December 24-25 : Prince, Paris, Blanket spend Christman at the Cascio family’s house in New Jersey with Grace, TJ and Omer Bhatti.

January 31 : The Recording Academy pays tribute to Michael during the 52nd Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in L.A and live on CBS. It features a 3D mini movie of his song Earth song that was designed for his This is It Tour. Lionel Richie presents the Michael Jackson’s Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award to Prince & Paris (joined by the 3T) who give a short and emotional speech. Backstage after the tribute, Prince, Paris & Blanket pose for a picture with Lionel Richie.

February 13 : Prince celebrates his 13th birthday with family and friends.

February 21 : The Jackson family gets together at Hayvenhurst for Blanket’s 8th birthday and Bryce’s 2nd birthday.

March 01 : L.A Children & Family Services go to Hayvenhurst to check on Michael’s children after receiving a secret call from Grace Rwaramba claiming that Blanket was threatened by a stun gun purchased online by Jaafar. When the family finds out that Grace made the call she is fired.

March 04 : Randy Jackson on Twitter : “All the kids r safe. My nephew is a GREAT kid. Sad that the media has to pick on a 13 year old for their own gain. As I said, I must unite my family, evident by this most recent issue @ my family home. Was handled correctly, no harm done. Allegations 90% false, fabricated by evildoers covertly trying 2 separate my family from the inside out. A private issue, handled internally. April 3 : Paris celebrates her 12th birthday at Hayvenhurst with family and friends.

June 16 : Katherine, Prince, Paris, Blanket, Alejandra, Randy, Genevieve, Stevaanna, TJ, Taj & Austin attend Randy Jr & Donte’s graduation.

June 20 : In a new interview with the Mail On Sunday, Katherine reveals that Michael’s children will go to a private school for the first time in September.

June 23 : Prince, Paris & Blanket leave L.A and go on vacation in Hawaii with their cousins ( Taj with his girlfriend, Taryll with wife and son Bryce, TJ with wife and kids Royal & Dee Dee, Jermajesty & Jaafar).

July 7 : After 2 weeks of vacation in Hawaii & Florida, Prince, Paris, Blanket & their cousins fly back to Los Angeles.

July 27 : Birth of Phoenix Sanchez, 1st child of Brittny Jackson.

August 25 :  Prince & Paris start private school at the Buckley school in the San Fernando Valley. Blanket remains homeschooled at Hayvenhurst.

September 15 : Katherine, Prince, Paris & Blanket are suing AEG Live — claiming the company breached its agreement to provide physical care for Michael — and that AEG was negligent in their hiring of Dr. Conrad Murray as MJ’s physician. In the suit, Katherine claims AEG’s contract with Michael “created a legal duty for AEG to act reasonably toward the physical well-being of Michael Jackson.” In the document, Katherine also blames AEG for hiring Dr. Murray without a proper background check — claiming, “AEG did not provide a doctor who was truly looking out for Jackson’s well-being and did not provide equipment.” The suit also alleges AEG caused emotional distress to Michael’s son Prince because he witnessed Michael suffering and dying, and “he was put in a position as bystander to these tragic events.” Kenny Ortega, who produced the planned London concerts for Michael, is also named as a defendant. The attorney who filed the suit, Brian J. Panish, released a statement saying, “The purpose of this lawsuit is to prove to the world the truth about what happened to Michael Jackson, once and for all.” Randy Jackson on Twitter : “I am doing my best to keep that promise. On this day my family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against AEG. I am proud of my family.”

October 09 : Oprah Winfrey’s production team move into Hayvenhurst to tape an interview with Katherine & Joe. While at Hayvenhurst Oprah gets to interview Prince, Paris & Blanket.

November 08 : During a special episode of the “Oprah Winfrey Show” filmed at Hayvenhurst one month before, Oprah interviews Katherine & Joe and she meets Prince, Paris & Blanket.

November 24 : The Jackson family celebrates pre-Thanksgiving at Hayvenhurst for the last time.

November 30 : Birth of Dallas Jordan Michael Jackson (JoJo), third child of TJ & Frances.

We’ve learned Katherine Jackson and company are in the process of packing boxes and will leave the family home in early December for several months during the remodel.

But there’s a bigger story here. As TMZ first reported, after the infamous “stun gun” incident at the home — in March, when Jaafar allegedly threatened to shock Blanket — Katherine asked Jaafar‘s mother, Alejandra, to take her 5 kids and move.

As we told you, Katherine and the Michael Jackson Estate generously offered Alejandra and her brood a condo MJ owned in the San Fernando Valley, but Alejandra wanted a lot more — thus the stand off.

Now we’re told Katherine is not letting Alejandra back in the house after the remodel. The condo offer still stands, but if she doesn’t accept she’ll have to find somewhere else to live with Jaafar, Jermajesty, Dante and Randy, Jr.

But one of Alejandra’s kids is getting a reprieve from Katherine. We’re told 20-year-old Genevieve will be staying with Katherine and Michael’s kids in a temporary home during the remodel, and she will be the lone child of Alejandra who will be welcomed back to Hayvenhurst.

We’re told Alejandra just left with some of her kids to Japan.

December 24/25 : Prince, Paris & Blanket spend Christmas with Omer & TJ.
