“Anthology” was originally released as a triple-album set by legendary Motown family unit, Later repackagings of Anthology have compiled it as a double compact disc set. The most recent re-release, issued by Motown in 2000 (the first time the release doesn’t contain any hits from Michael or Jermaine), was repackaged in 2005 in North America as part of its Gold series, and in 2006 internationally as “The Jackson 5 Story”.

“One Day in Your Life” is a compilation released by Motown Records, consisting of both solo and Jackson 5 tracks, released on March 25, 1981. It was the first Jackson album released in the 1980s. Two million copies were sold worldwide. Most of the tracks are from his fourth studio album, Forever, Michael. The other songs were taken from The Jackson 5 releases to pad the album’s running time. Motown later admitted that the album was just a quick cash boost generating from the success of Jackson’s Off the Wall album. The title track became a worldwide hit, especially in the UK.

“Looking Back to Yesterday” is a compilation album featuring a collection of tracks from Michael Jackson and The Jackson 5. As part of Motown’s Never-Before-Released series, all songs were previously unreleased except for “Love’s Gone Bad” and “I Was Made to Love Her”, alternate versions were released in 1979 on the Motown compilation Boogie.
The album was re-released in August 1991 and re-titled “Looking Back to Yesterday: A Young Michael” and sold over half a million copies. It was re-released again as part of Hello World: The Motown Solo Collection in 2009.

“Anthology” is a compilation of Motown hits by pop and R&B singer Michael Jackson with additional hits by The Jackson 5 and rare, unreleased material from 1973. The album was originally released in the U.S. on November 14, 1986, and re-released on November 8, 1995, and has sold three million copies worldwide.
In 2008, in celebration of Jackson’s 50th birthday (less than a year before his death), Anthology was re-released under Universal Music’s Gold series.

Soulsation (Jackson 5)
Released on June 20, 1995.
“Soulsation!” is a 4-CD box set of music performed by the Jackson 5 throughout their tenure in Motown spanning from 1969 to 1975, when they left for CBS Records. Released in 1995, it was released to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the year the group became the first group to have their first four releases go straight to #1 on the Billboard charts, and featured an intro from the group’s baby sister Janet, liner notes from David Ritz and an essay from the brothers’ first producer, Bobby Taylor. The fourth disc was completed by unreleased Jackson 5 songs made mostly from mid 1969 to early 1972. The set also included solo numbers from Michael, Jermaine, and Jackie.
