Jason Francia is the son of Blanca Francia, a maid who worked for Jackson between 1986 and 1991 – and who was among those ex-employees of Jackson who made money of these allegations by selling stories to tabloids after the Chandler allegations broke in 1993.Source
November 03 : “Upon first being interviewed by the police in November 1993, Jason Francia originally denied Jackson ever “abusing” or being inappropriate towards him in any fashion. And then his story changed. And then it changed again. And then it got downright contradictory and confusing. December 15 : “Next came the maid. On December 15, Hard Copy presented “The Bedroom Maid’s Painful Secret.” Blanca Francia told Dimond and other reporters that she had seen a naked Jackson taking showers and Jacuzzi baths with young boys. She also told Dimond that she had witnessed her own son in compromising positions with Jackson — an allegation that the grand juries apparently never found credible.
A copy of Francia’s sworn testimony reveals that Hard Copy paid her $20,000, and had Dimond checked out the woman’s claims, she would have found them to be false. Under deposition by a Jackson attorney, Francia admitted she had never actually see Jackson shower with anyone nor had she seen him naked with boys in his Jacuzzi. They always had their swimming trunks on, she acknowledged.”
1994
March 21 : “Moving along, Jason’s second interview with the police took place on March 24, 1994, and as Vindicate MJ points out, the biggest difference between November 1993 and March 1994 was the Jordan Chandler settlement Jackson was forced into doing because he was essentially backed into a corner (that’s coming soon as well). While the settlement amount wasn’t leaked until the 2005 trial, the rumors of what that amount could have been were always around. During Jason’s 2005 testimony, it was also revealed that shortly after his 1993 interrogation, he was sent for “therapy sessions” with a counselor named Mike Craft, something Jason acknowledged in court (…) Also present were Tom Sneddon, Lauren Weis, Craft, and a lawyer named Terry Cannon who eventually represented the Francias in their civil complaint against Jackson.

“With the Chandler case behind him and a plan to release a new album in 1995, Jackson settled with the Francias out of court. As testified to during Jackson’s 2005 trial, two settlements were signed with the Francias – one with Blanca and another one with Jason Francia. Reportedly Jackson paid them $2.4 million.” Source
