Janet has signed on to star opposite Tyler Perry in his next film, “Why Did I Get Married,” based on the filmmaker’s stage play of the same name according to Varierty.com. Perry is writing, directing and producing the film for Lions Gate The film is set to being shooting on March 5 in Whistler, British Columbia; Vancouver; and then Atlanta. Sharon Leal (“Dreamgirls”) and Jill Scott have also joined the cast.
March : Janet was recently spotted in Whistler, British Columbia, shooting a scene of the new movie “Why Did I Get Married?,” according to today’s edition of Vancouver’s 24 Hours The newspaper reports that she was also seen on set with cast and crew filming a snowmobile scene in nearby Pemberton.The remainder of the film is being shot in Atlanta.
