Verdict : Song listed by MJ on a handwritten list during the Dangerous album sessions in 1989-1991. Verdict is a song written by Michael Jackson and Bryan Loren in 1989 giving Michael a chance to work in a new genre of music (New Jack Swing which sparked the “Dangerous” album under the name “Decade”) and given to Janet for her Rhythm Nation album for making the song Work (Demo). Remains unreleased.

Vibrationist : Written circa 1999 by MJ and Teddy Riley. Failed to make the Invincible album. Remains unreleased.

Victory (demo) : One of three songs MJ worked on with Queen’s Freddie Mercury in August 1983 at Hayvenhurst. The foundation of the track was laid with Mercury’s manager Peter Freestone banging on the toilet door in perfect time for 5 minutes as there were no instruments or musicians around at Hayvenhurst. Freddie’s bandmates, Brian May and Roger Taylor intended to put it on their 2014 compilation album Queen Forever. However, they couldn’t do it due to disagreements with the Michael Jackson Estate. Remains unreleased.

Vile and Miserable : One of the songs Jackson worked on with will.i.am in 2006. Alternatively titled “Miserable Soul”. Snippet leaked online in early November 2015. Remains unreleased.
